Quotient AI: From rebrand to successful exit in under two months
Quotient had a breakthrough product, but their website and brand told a fraction of that story. We sharpened their positioning, revitalized the brand, and rebuilt their website, giving the product the stage it deserves.

Quotient was founded by Julia Neagu and Freddie Vargus to solve a specific problem: making AI agents reliably better over time, automatically. During their time at GitHub, building Copilot's evaluation systems, they saw firsthand how manual and fragile the process really was, and knew that as AI agents grew more ambitious, the tools to improve them needed to keep up the pace.
The Need
Quotient's website made them look smaller than they were, and their messaging wasn't focused, making enterprise sales harder than they needed to be. Despite strong product momentum and positive customer results, the majority of their leads came from outbound. The site needed to start pulling its weight.

Brand
Strategy
The brand strategy workshops unveiled a key insight: while Quotient's roots run deep in practical, research-driven rigor, the website needed to make that depth accessible, giving engineering leaders clarity and confidence at a glance. The direction became simple: show, don't tell.
Identity
System
The Website
The new website brought Quotient's entire ecosystem under one roof: product, research, case studies, and the Limbic sub-brand. Built from scratch in Webflow, it replaced dense tech specs with clear messaging, visual storytelling, and a structure that made the product's value obvious within seconds. The CMS allowed the team to publish content, and make updates in minutes, without developer support.

The Impact
Within two months of launching the new website, Databricks acquired Quotient AI, validating not just the product, but the story around it. The rebrand gave Quotient the credibility and clarity to stand alongside the enterprise players they were selling to, and ultimately, the one that acquired them. Julia and Freddie joined Databricks to lead agent evaluation and reinforcement learning, bringing their vision to one of the largest data platforms in the world.
