Project Overview
Established in 2020 by a group of enthusiastic engineers and data scientists, Aampe uses AI to improve communication between companies and their customers, and boost their conversions. Their innovative approach to optimizing push notifications, through machine learning, offers a truly personalized user experience.

The Need
Since the beginning, machine learning has been at the core of their product — it is what allowed Aampe to make such an immediate impact. However, with many companies just slapping the AI label on their legacy products, it was easy to get lost in the hype. Their website made them look like a B2C, lifestyle brand, which only made everything harder.
Brand Strategy
We kicked things off with a series of workshops, in which we learned about their product, their mission and vision for the future, as well as a competitive analysis, and customer personas. Then we focused on the defining attributes that make them unique, and explored potential visual directions in the ideation phase.
Identity System
After validating the visual direction, we built a identity system that they can own and apply every day. This system positioned Aampe as 'the solution' for helping mobile apps grow by running intelligent messaging.
Applications
We crystalized these insights into Aampe’s Brand Styleguide, a compact and easy to use document, that describes the brand and how it lives in the real world.

The Website
Many of Aampe’s competitors made superficial AI claims about their products, so the website became a crucial piece in proving Aampe’s robust and genuine AI capabilities. By focusing on their customers' pressing needs, we created a compelling story about how Aampe will increase messaging engagement and simplify day-to-day operations.
The Impact
Far more than an information portal, Aampe's new website became a narrative platform that communicated Aampe’s superpowers, and their ethos of innovation. The website earned multiple awards in the process and was a pivotal component of Aampe's new digital strategy.

The process was very well structured, and everything built on itself.
